We accept special orders anytime with a 2-3 day notice, and ask for a partial or full payment when you order. These are for local pickup at our Pittsfield location or, if you’re outside of the immediate area, we can mail your order to you via U.S. Priority Mail. Please allow an additional 3 days’ notice for mailing time.
We also custom bake for specific dietary needs, like using specific flours, or dairy-, nut-, or sugar-free. These are our sweeteners: maple syrup, honey, unsulphured molasses, sorghum syrup, organic sugar, maple sugar, white sugar, dark brown sugar, and light treacle. We will use the most appropriate sweetener for your pastry unless you specify otherwise. We don’t use Agave nectar, Stevia or artificial sweeteners. When we say it’s sugar-free it means it’s not sweetened with anything.
